Scope of data processed
Data submitted through the contact form may include your full name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. We may also process technical and usage data: your IP address, timestamp, browser headers and server logs, as well as information about consent given and a Google reCAPTCHA v3 token.

Purposes and legal bases
We respond to enquiries and conduct correspondence on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We safeguard the website and prevent abuse on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We fulfil legal obligations on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, and establish, pursue or defend legal claims on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Analytics and marketing may be enabled only after separate consent has been given through the cookie banner.

Data recipients
Data may be received by hosting, IT service and email providers acting under appropriate agreements, as well as Google Ireland/Google LLC in connection with reCAPTCHA. Data from the form is sent to the configured Discord support channel. Data may also be disclosed to entities authorised under applicable law.

Transfers outside the EEA
The use of Google reCAPTCHA and Discord services may result in data being transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are made using a mechanism provided for in Chapter V GDPR that is appropriate for the particular recipient, especially an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can contact the controller for information about the mechanism used in a particular case.

Retention period
As a rule, we retain correspondence and form data for 24 months after a matter has been concluded, and for longer only where this is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or to establish, pursue or defend legal claims. As a rule, we retain technical logs for up to 6 months. We retain accounting records for the period required by law. Data held by external services is retained in accordance with their configuration and the provider's terms.

Your rights
You have the right to access your data and receive a copy, rectify or erase it, restrict its processing, obtain data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. Send requests to it@esneco.pl. The controller does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for website users.

Voluntary provision of data
Providing data through the form is voluntary, but it is necessary for us to respond. If you do not provide the data, we may be unable to contact you or handle your enquiry.
